About Me

I’m Gustavo Ballesteros. My roots go back to a small farm where I spent years with my grandparents. I learned to love the land — to plant, to wait, and to appreciate both the hard moments and the joy of a good harvest. That lesson has never left me: what you plant with patience and work, you eventually harvest.

Back in the city, I spent summers working with my dad, who was a construction contractor. From the start, he put me in charge of the accounts and payments. He was a decent, honest, hardworking man. My mother worked hard too — at the end of every week, she gathered everything that came in and made sure it was enough for all of us. From her I learned that a family’s finances aren’t complicated — they’re a matter of discipline, honesty, and clear priorities. Those three schools — my grandparents’ farm, my father’s job site, and my mother’s kitchen table — shaped who I am forever.

I came to this country 25 years ago — like many of you — wanting to adapt, learn, and build something better for my family. Over time I shared what I learned with coworkers, friends, and family. Whenever someone had a question, I was there. That never changed.

I’m not perfect. I have doubts, fears, and difficult days like anyone else. Starting something new at 63 isn’t easy. But I’ve learned something important: the fear of taking that first step is something we all feel. If you’re here reading this, it’s because you have that dream — and that same fear. I know exactly how that feels. And that’s precisely why I’m here.

Because what you know means nothing if you don’t share it. What you learn, discover, and enjoy — that’s something no one can ever take from you.

My grandparents taught me to love the land. My parents taught me to build with honesty. I want to help you build your family’s home.

I’m not your salesperson. I’m your guide. And I’m here for you.
